1. Order Processing and Shipping Time

  • All orders enter the processing stage after payment is successful.
  • Under normal circumstances, orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • After shipment, the system will automatically or manually update the logistics information (depending on the carrier).

The following situations may lead to extended processing times:

  • Increased order volume during promotional periods
  • Public holidays or special leave arrangements
  • Individual orders requiring additional inspection or repackaging

2. Delivery Areas, Carriers, and Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time is the estimated time from shipment to successful delivery, and does not include order processing time.

3. About Logistics Tracking

  • Most orders will provide a trackable logistics tracking number after shipment.
  • Update frequency varies among different carriers, and some logistics information may be delayed.
  • Before the package arrives in the destination country, the logistics status may show as "In Transit" or "Information Not Yet Updated".

If there is no update for a long time, please wait 2-3 business days before contacting us.

4. Customs Duties, Clearance, and Uncontrollable Factors

  • Customs policies vary in different countries and regions.
  • If customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees are incurred, they are usually borne by the recipient.
  • Customs clearance time, customs inspections, weather, flight adjustments, etc., may affect the final delivery time.
  • The above situations are beyond CastrolLube's direct control, and we appreciate your understanding.

5. Address Information and Delivery Failure

Please ensure the following when placing your order:

  • The recipient's name, address, postal code, and contact number are complete and accurate.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information may lead to delivery delays or returns.

For secondary delivery or returns due to incorrect customer-provided address information, the relevant costs may be borne by the customer.

6. Logistics Issues and After-Sales Support

If you encounter any of the following situations:

  • Delivery time significantly exceeds the estimated timeframe.
  • Logistics information is abnormal or has been stagnant for a long time.
  • The package is suspected to be lost or damaged.
